CHO provides shared accommodation and supportive programming for individuals living with serious mental illness who may benefit from a 24-hour supportive care environment within the community The program is grounded in a person-centred and recovery-oriented approach, recognizing that each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals are unique and may change over time. Clients are supported as active participants in their own goal setting and care planning The service approach includes:
