| Description of Services: |
The two beds support individuals struggling with mental health and addictions and in need of short term residential personal care. The Flex Bed Program seeks to address the needs of individuals facing longer wait times when seeking treatment, securing housing, medication compliance or review, counselling and or experiencing a personal crisis. Individuals admitted into the Flex Bed benefit from services such as counselling, physician care, meals, support for daily living, with a focus on securing treatment, housing and restorative care to help improve their health outcomes. The Flex Bed facilitates smooth referrals and transitions between community programs and access to services. |
