Description of Services: Assessment, spirometry (breathing testing), education, development of an action plan and follow-up care for clients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) * Registered Respiratory Therapist/Certified Respiratory Educators (CREs), Clinical Health Promoters and Primary Care Practitioners provide assistance with managing symptoms, smoking cessation

STOP nicotine replacement therapy program: clients who want to stop smoking can receive up to 26 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy coupled with individual counseling and support

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program: eight-week program in-person or virtual (once  per week) for clients with COPD including exercise, education and support * Available in Carleton Place, Barry's Bay, and Kemptville
