Investigations and laboratory procedures available on site * both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions provided to high-risk individuals and stroke survivors * specialist referrals

Fees: Set fees, covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP)
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: No restrictions
Application: Referral by an emergency room physician, primary care provider or another medical specialist * in order to ensure efficiency of the clinic visit, some tests may be completed prior to the initial visit * referral form available online
