Description of Services: Comprehensive rehabilitation services to persons with a physical disability on an in-patient and out-patient basis * Involved in coordination, administration and planning of rehabilitation programs on a regional basis

Programs and services include: cognitive and behavioural rehabilitation service (Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Inpatient and Outpatient Services, Behavioural Rehabilitation Service (BRS) and The Robin Easey Centre for acquired brain injury (accepts self-referrals) * Locomotor Care (including amputees, respiratory conditions, chronic pain and complex orthopaedic conditions) * Neuromuscular Care (including Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis-ALS, Multiple Sclerosis-MS, Cerebral Palsy and spinal cord injuries) * Specialty Services (including prosthetics and orthotics, total foot care, driving rehabilitation and the Augmentative Communication and Writing Service)

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Persons with physical disabilities and people with amputations, spinal cord injuries, strokes, lung diseases, speech and language disorders, and many other disabilities
