Description of Services: Supports for women, cis, trans and gender-diverse people to find and maintain employment * one-on-one counselling and workshops on skills development, resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, and networking * access to computers, phones, software, fax machines, and copiers

Services and programs include:

  • In Her Shoes (women): skills training for women, transgender and non-binary people who are visible minority newcomers between the ages of 16-65
  • In Her Shoes (youth): skills training for female youth, transgender and non-binary youth between the ages of 15-30
  • In Her Shoes - Uplift YWCA Reskilling in Specialized Technology: post-secondary certificate program for employment ready women, cis, trans and non-binary people
